Summary: Great customer service and product!! 2010-06-18
Comment: Received whitening kit before expected date. I didn't see any change so I sent the seller an email about the problem and since they stand by their product 100% they sent me a replacement tube. Along the way a label to the replacement package was torn and unreadable by USPS and had to be sent back to manufacturer. Seller then sent the item as PRIORITY mail and got the product 2 days later. I'm EXTREMELY impressed on the customer service I received. I'm on my 3rd day using the replacement and people already started noticing the change in color. =] VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

Summary: Excellent - but keep away from your gums! 2010-05-01
Comment: I have used these whitening kits for almost a year (am on my second kit) and not only do they whiten better than any other whitening product available in the retail market, but the whitening lasts. Just make sure (especially during the whitening process) to brush your teeth well after eating or drinking foods that stain, such as berries, coffee or red wine.
I was concerned at first that I might not be able to tolerate the gel, since I have sensitive teeth, so I created my own application process with a makeup brush. With a small (eyeshadow size) brush I apply the gel to my teeth making certain that I avoid the gum line, then insert the trays. I did trim the trays, as suggested and that made a big difference. I have had no discomfort and each time I whiten there is a noticeable change in the color of my teeth.
This is an excellent product - a comprehensive kit with a large quantity of gel at a great price.

Comment: I never thought this would work as well as it did.
Getting them to fit my teeth wasn't hard at all. I only have slight discoloration and a few stains and this worked very well. They're now pretty white just after a few weeks use! Going to keep using it to see how white I can get them.

Comment: My teeth really aren't that far off from being white, but I bought these figuring I could have a super quick fix, and really make them stand out without much effort.
Well..only after using them twice my teeth began to seriously hurt. I did notice a difference in brightness even after using it one time, but DANG! Any air that hit my teeth I would have this very sharp pain on the surface of my teeth.
And I was very careful to follow the instructions to the T. I didn't leave it on even a second longer than instructions suggested, and I made sure the gel was not near the gum lining, and used the revitalizing minerals afterwards.
I would have to say this is some pretty potent stuff to whiten my teeth after only using it once, and also to cause pain after 2 uses. It's definitely nothing to play around with. As I said before, my teeth are not that bad to begin with so I don't believe I will pursue any other avenues, but if they do tend to get worse in the future, I believe I will leave the whitening to a professional....possibly using lighting instead of chemicals in my mouth.

Comment: I am so disappointed in this product. After reading all these great reviews I was so excited to try the product. It comes with hardly any instructions. It is difficult to use and very, very frustrating. The gel burns very badly on the gums and turns them white. I've used for over a week now, daily, and zero improvement in my teeth. I don't drink soda, coffee or smoke. This product hasn't improved my teeth at all. I am so frustrated that I want to go to a dentist and spend $500 so I can have white teeth. This is too much to deal with. I strongly dislike this product and do not support it in the least.
