This 35% burns my gums, so I make sure I put a little bit. Too Strong for me, I'm on my 3rd treatment and just see slight whiteness. I don't look forward to more gum burns for a whiter teeth. I will do the treatment every other day until I get results. Directions says leave for 30-90 mins. I can only do 20 minutes. As soon as I put it on it burns and it does not taste good. It's sour. I will go for 25% next time, as that is what my dentist have in their office. The other bad factor is the syringe, it is not narrow enough, so it expells a lot and that burnt me, I had to rinse off the bleach and start over, carefully.. because it just oozed out in large amounts. The syringe should have came with a narrow and very small syringe tip for easy control.
