These trays are way less messy than using crest white strips. Those things slide around like crazy are somewhat of a pain to put on. I don't know i really like tray systems, originally starting with the rebrandt system that used one set of trays and syringes to fill them. Im using the toothpaste before hand and it fixed sensitivity for me after using trays 2 days in a row. I'm leaving them on overnight when I sleep because the peroxide or hydrogen carbomide (sp?) is still working albeit at a reduced effective level. I think these things are great and purchased this same system probably 5 times over the past few years. totally subjectively my friends laugh at my teeth and tell me to stop bleaching as they're too white. well they smoke also so I don't know if that really rates. lastly I will only purchase directly through amazon, as some of these third party vendors are selling old kits (check the bottom for the expiration date).

This is the first time I have ever bought the white trays in a kit. I have trays from a dentist and use the whitening that a dentist gives you. There is no question that is the better way to whiten your teeth. When you have a dentist make the trays they FIT your mouth. The Aquafresh does not, it does not matter how small or big your mouth is they will NEVER fit properly. The whitening material tastes terrible and there is no way of keeping in the trays as the trays cannot stay in. Once the trays are in your mouth your salvia moisten them so much that they become plyable and want to come off. There is no way of keeping them in for the time rquired, it is impossible. I used one of them and will never use it again. Note to anyone who wants to try them look at the expiration date when you recieve them as mine expired the month I got them.

All in all this was a terrible experience and a waist of money.....
