This has got to be my favorite hand cream. I love the way it goes on and how it doesn't feel greasy. The cotton gloves are a great idea and help retain moisture. I wouldn't do without!

I have tried many many hand creams over the years and this one is the best by far. There is nothing as good as Barielle Intensive Hand Treatment or even comes close. I also really like the foot cream by Barielle, it keeps my heels nice and smooth.

I bought this hand creme because I tend to have recurring problems with really dry and itchy skin on my hands, of course worse in the winter. It was suggested that I try using moisturizing hand creme and wear gloves at night while I sleep. I bought this creme because it came with a pair of gloves, and at the time I didn't know where to look for gloves otherwise.

The creme itself seems like nothing special. Yes, I'm sure it moisturizes to a degree, but I don't see that it is any better than anything else for as expensive as it is. As for the gloves, those were a total waste. I understand they are supposed to be thin and lightweight, just enough to keep the moisture in but not be uncomfortable to wear while sleeping. But for me they were too small, and they started to fall apart within a couple weeks. The holes weren't even from stress of pulling them on, either, as the holes started appearing in the sides of the fingers of the gloves where there was no stress.
