This is a strong product but it works great in just one hour. I would caution anyone who is a newbie at home whitening to try a lower concentration first to ensure it won't do damage. Whereas I can do the 36% product with no problems, my husband has problems with the 20% product and could never use this concentration. It's all individual reaction, so know what your tolerance level is before you buy the wrong product for you.
