These do not adhere tightly to the tooth surface, they are like the original strips, a bit flimsy and gooey. They did not stick to my teeth like I expected them to, They actually slid off and if I tried to talk with them...forget about it. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Crest need to come up with a new advanced 5 minute whitening strip that actually sticks to your teeth and doesn't leave so much residue when taken off.
