I've been using a toothpaste without flouride for a while (because apparently flouride is poison if u swallow it), and I noticed my dental health has deterioated. As soon I started using my newly bought crest toothpaste, I've noticed that my teeth don't hurt as much and probably will save on going to the dentist.
