The product came as advertised, however no instructions were included with the package for how to create the mold. I actually had to look up directions on another company website because I couldn't find a website for the company. I tried emailing them several times and got no response after a week, and they don't even have a phone number to call. So all in all, a wonderful value, but if customer service is important to you I would not suggest using them.
