Don't buy these. Way too thick to form to teeth. No matter how skilled you are forming mouth trays you won't be able to make use of these. They don't form to teeth and fit loose. They might work for a general tooth protection, but no for whitening.

You get it hot, put it in your mouth, let it mold and cool it down. It doesn't break, it fits tight and couldn't be easier to use. It's a couple bucks anyways...

I am very pleased with the quality and service of this company. I would recommend this companies mold-able mouth trays. I got my first pair very quickly and the second pair came just as quickly, I was and am impressed. :)
