I bought this for my 4 1/2 year old. She's always open to trying new toothpaste and loves brushing her teeth. I put a pea-sized dab of this on her toothbrush and the minute she put it in her mouth she started spitting and crying. She said, "This tastes AWFUL." I figured it couldn't be THAT bad so I went and got my toothbrush and tried it myself. Holy cow, I don't think they could have made a worst-tasting toothpaste if they had tried! This stuff tastes TERRIBLE. It sort of tastes like those fizzy vitamin packets (though not nearly as good) and has the WORST lingering after taste. It leaves a taste in your mouth like saccharin, though it must be the stevia. The worst part is the lingering, artificial sweetener-taste (yes, I know stevia is all natural and I actually eat it regularly in yogurt but it's just awful in this toothpaste). Did anyone actually taste this toothpaste before they started mass producing it? I'm going to stick with our Tom's of Maine Strawberry. It isn't as natural...Read more
