I already use and like this toothpaste. It is SLS-free and I don't get canker sores as long as I use it. However, even using regular toothpaste on a trip will often bring on a canker sore. I have a big trip coming up and we are traveling really light so I spent the money to buy this small tube of toothpaste for the trip.
My only complaint is that I made my purchase at the end of January 2012 and the toothpaste expiration date is March 2012, pretty short. It will be OK for my trip and I don't think it would be life-threatening to use outdated toothpaste, but just a heads up in case you thought of stocking up.
have to get used to it,

I received a trial sample of this product in the mail. The first time I have tried it, it left my mouth really dry with a funny taste. The next time I used it I tried using more water while brushing my teeth and it was a little better. My mouth wasn't dry afterwards. The taste of the product is not very strongly minty. Regular toothpaste definitely leaves a fresher feeling in my mouth than this toothpaste.
My teeth did feel clean afterwards though. I'd say all in all a good product, but I had to get used to it first.
