Well I went to my dentist and he told me that I had gray in my teeth so it would be impossible for my teeth to whiten. He gave me 10 percent and molds anyway as I insisted. My teeth were so dark. I am so prissy and wanted help. Well the 10 did nothing and buying through his office was not very easy to get to when you need more. I went up to 15..that was just like the 10..jumped to 35...whoooooo way, way to strong. I thought I had burned my gums. WELL THE 20 WAS great. I highly recommend. I wore it all through the night. NoW with my teeth nothing is overnight I have been bleaching for a month. I am seeing white teeth! Not like gleaming white, but natural white teeth. bUY t from this vendor...WONDERFUL!!!
