The product is excellent. I used to have the 15% (given to me by my dentist) but I chose the 20% for a change and I'm really happy with it. It works just as expected. I normally have them for about an hour (as recommended by my dentist) and they do their job. Regarding the seller, I would certainly do business with them again. I had a problem with the delivery (it was very very late even though I had paid for expedited shipping) but the seller sorted it out to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.
