I purchased this after reading reviews on teethwhiteningreviews.com and tried it out. I thought it was fairly convenient and the mouth piece fit my mouth well enough. I'm a 6' average build male and it didn't look like the mouth piece would fit, so surprise! I didn't read at first that it takes 5 minutes *to start* whitening, so the first time I only left it in for five minutes! I read after that to leave it in 15-20 minutes so I started leaving it in 15 minutes for about two weeks. I wasn't hardcore dedicated to keeping up with it, missed a good 5 times (I did it 2 times a day for 14 days). I can definitely notice a whiter shade on my teeth, but I still have tea stains on the bottom edges of my upper row of teeth, which I was hoping it'd get rid of. I'm planning on starting again in a week or so for another two week period. So I'd say it works! Give it a try, and see how it does for you.
