NOT a GEL. Comes out like water. Wont stay in the bleaching trays (yes they fit, they were made at my dentist) Because it is so watery you can not leave your trays in. I should have read all the reviews first. By now they should know, why do they keep selling it????

I have used the gel as well as 1 hour bleaching and have had MUCH better results with this gel. The 1 hour bleaching did not work for me at all. Your teeth will get sensative especially if you sleep with the trays like I do, but it goes away. I wil buy this product again.
