First, the reviewer giving this one-star because of incomplete product labeling isn't taking into account that this is a STANDARD USA whitening product that had to pass FDA muster before it came on the market.

Use this product sparingly at first so that you don't allow the jel to spill onto the soft tissues of your mouth, increase the amount as you gain confidence in filling the impression mold, and watch your teeth whiten and your smile get wider! I have no qualms about recommending this product.

Been smoker and coffee drinker for 20 years and have spend hundreds on the Listerine and other products "guarenteed to whiten" and nada! You will see a HUGE difference in only three sessions...that would be about 1 tube. Word of caution is that this will give you a jolt every once in a while and make your teeth sensitive for a day after use. Others claim it irritates the gums, but have not experienced that. Used this about 8 times and still smoke and drink coffee and my teeth continue to whiten with every use.

I bought extra gel so I could touch up every 3 months or so. The gel works great and there is more than enough with the 4 tubes at a fantastiic price. Highly recommend the seller -he's answered all of my questions via e-mail in just a few hours. Could not be more satisfied.
